Divya Lal, RCIC
Ms. Lal began her career in immigration with Immigration New Zealand as a Visa Officer and she then went on to become a Canadian Immigration Program Officer with a focus on Temporary and Permanent Residence applications in the Economic categories.
Ms. Lal achieved her goal of obtaining an Immigration Practitioner’s Diploma from Humber College. She went on to receive her designation as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) from the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), formerly ICCRC. She went on to join one of the largest and most prestigious immigration law firms in the country, which was eventually acquired by one of the “big four” tax and accounting firms. Here, Ms. Lal was afforded the unique opportunity to manage a niche service line for a select suite of clients.
Her extensive experience in managing various Work Permit and Permanent Residence cases at the firm contributed to her comprehensive knowledge of Canadian immigration. Today, she provides her clients with high-quality, law-firm-style service, delivered in a straightforward and approachable manner, characterized by a commitment to honesty and integrity.

A seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in operations, customer service management, and consulting. In his current role, he serves as the Director of Immigration Practice at True North Visa and Immigration Services Inc. Mr. Verma is backed by extensive experience working with some of the largest corporations with the Telecom, IT and ITeS space. He has a track record of managing virtual teams across multiple geographies, and has extensive experience in the Insurance, Financial Services, Supply Chain Management, and Telecom domains.
Mr. Verma holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, a Post-Graduate in Corporate Finance and Information Technology from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (New Delhi), and an accreditation in Immigration and Refugee Law from Herzing College.
His expertise includes service delivery, requirements gathering, business process improvement, business analysis, and project management. Supplementing his experience with certifications in AWS, Google Cloud, Scrum, and internet security demonstrates his commitment to staying current in the fast-evolving tech and project management landscape.
