Provincial Nomination Program

Provincial Nomination Program (PNP)

To apply for permanent residence under Express Entry, you must qualify for one of the federal Express Entry programs (CEC, FSW or FSTP) and you must meet the requirements of the provincial program that invited you to apply.
You must intend to live in the province or territory that has nominated you.

What are the requirements of submitting a PNP application under Express Entry?

Canada has 10 provinces and 3 territories, and each individual province has their own economical and geographical needs. The Provincial Nominee Programs are aimed at those who have the skills, education, and professional experience to address the specific needs and contribute to the economy of a specific province or territory.
You can be invited to apply either through Express Entry or a separate, non-Express Entry process directly through a province or territory’s PNP program.
